No purchase, donation, payment or raffle entry is required. Human reviewers select the recipient. Using AI or writing manually does not affect consideration.

A parent or legal guardian must start this process. Do not enter player names or answers until guardian verification is complete. Avoid addresses, school names, medical information, financial documents and other sensitive details in your story.

Read the application privacy notice and printable guardian consent form. Sign the form and submit it here for Ronin staff review. A checkbox alone does not complete verification.

Only guardian information, age and a resized image of the signed form are sent at this stage. The service rebuilds the image before private storage; original files and photo metadata are not retained. Ronin will review the form before providing an invitation. Do not send identity documents.

Enter the single-use invitation code Ronin sent to the guardian. The code expires after 24 hours. Your application session lasts 30 minutes. Your work is not saved on this device; keep a private copy of your essay if you need more time.
